Dolphin Quest operates in Madeira Beach, FL, with departures from John’s Pass.
Our daytime Dolphin Tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours, while our Sunset Cruise lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on the season.
While walk-ups are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot, especially during peak season.
Yes, there is public parking at John’s Pass, but it can fill up quickly. We recommend arriving at least an hour before your cruise to allow time for parking and check-in.
Dolphin Sightings & Wildlife
Yes! Dolphin sightings are guaranteed on our daytime Dolphin Tour. If you don’t see a dolphin, we’ll provide a voucher for a free future cruise. Please note that dolphin sightings are not guaranteed on our Sunset Cruise.
No. To protect the dolphins and their natural habitat, we follow strict eco-friendly guidelines that prohibit direct contact or feeding.
In addition to dolphins, guests may spot manatees, sea turtles, stingrays, pelicans, and other native seabirds.
What to Expect on the Tour
Yes, our boats have covered seating areas to provide shade and comfort during your trip.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but beverages are available for purchase on board.
Our boats have limited accessibility. Please call us in advance to discuss specific needs, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Only service animals are permitted on board.
Sunset Cruise
The Sunset Cruise offers a more relaxed and scenic experience, perfect for couples and photographers. While dolphins may be seen, sightings are not guaranteed.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase onboard, but outside alcohol is not permitted.
Private Charters & Group Events
Yes! We offer private charters for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, and more. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Our boat can accommodate up to Capacity: 35 Guests passengers for private charters.
Weather & Cancellations
Tours operate rain or shine, but in cases of severe weather, we may cancel and offer a rescheduled trip or a refund.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
